Often your engagement methodology might include working with smaller groups through facilitated activities, such as:

  • ideation and prioritising,
  • Delphi technique, for progressing discussion threads, and
  • the list goes on.

There are three broad assumptions we are working with here:

Firstly, a workshop with a smaller group has a defined time slot where all participants are active in that window of time.

Secondly, there are a series of activities to undertake with the group that navigates, experiment and examine the core focus.

Finally, there will be resulting data, artifacts from the activities that are used to report back on the workshop.
