A Bang the Table Ideas Challenge allows community and stakeholders to take part in a unique two-way process of bringing people together on important topics, issues or opportunities.

These challenges are designed to replace the overuse of surveys in community engagement and encourage a more collaborative approach to citizen engagement.

A Bang the Table Ideas Challenge can turn an everyday proposition into an opportunity to implement truly citizen and stakeholder-lead ideas.

In a Bang the Table thought Challenge, participants are asked to share their ideas in response to an open-ended question.

Once participants have shared their own ideas, they are asked to rate their fellow community members ideas by selecting the "love heart of approval".

Each challenge accepts ideas and voting for a defined period and once the idea gathering and voting periods have ended, a tally commences of the most popular ideas.

The ideas with the most support will be considered for implementation and further engagement around those ideas may also occur.

Throughout the entire process, participants can view and engage with ideas submitted by their community, they are encouraged to get their friends and neighbor to vote for their favorite ideas.

A Bang the Table Ideas Challenge is the best way to co-design solutions with your communtiy and make engagement with your community most robust than just simple and repetitive surveying.
