Ensuring that everyone has equal access and ability to use public transport is an essential commitment of the Kangaroo Transport Authority.
That is why we have embarked on a Tram Platform Accessibility Improvement Program (TPAIP), to bring you even safer tram terminals.
To get involved in helping us decide on new platform designs, we need your help to;

- Leave your ideas on what makes an accessible platform
- Discuss your experiences using our services

Tram usage survey
This survey is designed to inform our TPAIP and the information you provide will only be used to make our tram platforms even better. The survey will take about 10 mins to complete.
