Questions tool

With the Questions tool, all of the questions posted come through into the back end of the platform to be managed.

When responding to questions there are a series of actions to take:

Firstly, read the question and determine with you want to respond publicly or privately.
Then select the action you want to take.

Finally, add your response and click 'save'

An administrator in EngagementHQ is notified via email, and they can log into the administrator interface and respond either publically or privately

Once a question has been submitted, the assigned administrator is notified via an automated email notification which can be customised as required. The administrator has the choice to respond to the question publically or privately in EngagementHQ. In this instance, I have selected the option to respond publically so that the response appears within the project page for everyone to see.

Yes, when an administrator responds to a question in EngagementHQ, they have the option to tag that question. I have tagged this response with 'question tag' and 'search' which you can see in the grey boxes above. Participants can simply click on these tags to filter the questions they'd like to see. 

Participants can also use the search box to find keywords across all questions and responses. This helps participants to find the information they need quickly, and saves them from having to submit a question that someone else has already submitted. If there are commonly asked questions, this tool also prevents organisations from having to respond to the same question multiple times.
