Can I conduct my survey offline?

Yes you can by following these easy steps:

    • Share your survey by downloading the printable survey and sent it to your graphic design team to ensure that it is on brand.
    • Send out via snail mail or collect at your community pop up sessions.
    • Enter each submission into EngagementHQ upon your return.

TIP: Create a seperate survey that is hidden from your community that includes registration details, so you can invite the community member at a later date.

Is it possible to have a single survey completed per users

EngagementHQ puts you in the drivers seat when it comes to deciding how you want to restrict survey submissions.

You can allow registered participants to submit once or multiple times. However, you can not restrict anonymous participation, and restricting IP addresses in no longer a valid or equitable way to restrict participation.

Collection or use of IP addresses forms part of an individuals personal identifiable information, and so Bang the Table, under its Privacy by Design principles, we do not allow restrictions done by IP addresses.

Do participants have access to survey data?

All survey data is private and not shared to the public. However, Bang the Table has a feature called Transparent Surveys, allowing quantitative data to be shown after a participant has submitted a survey / submission or petition
